Hi, I’m Paridhi Deo!
Owner of Challenge Island Brampton (Northwest)
"My passion for understanding human potential and a deep desire to provide children with a resilient foundation for the future inspired me to bring Challenge Island to my community."
With a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Paridhi brings with her a keen understanding of human psyche and recognizes individual differences, and unique needs of every child. Over a span of 12 years, her vast array of work - with children in particular, highlights her deep-rooted need for human connection and a desire to help nurture young minds that thrive through creative problem solving, effective team work and a sense of achievement through critical thinking. Paridhi recently stepped away from a nearly eight-year career as an Educational Resource Facilitator with the Peel District School Board to follow her entrepreneurial spirit. Having spent years in the heart of the Canadian school system, she has seen firsthand how essential it is for students to have a space where they can learn at their own pace and build confidence through hands-on discovery.
Empathetic, committed to her work and with a passion for psychology, Paridhi’s goal is to partner with schools, community classes, and local families to bring the magic of Challenge Island to Brampton, ensuring every child has the opportunity to become a confident, creative leader in an ever-changing world.
