Hi, I’m Michelle Paddenburg!

Hello! I graduated from Clemson University with a degree in Elementary Education. While I was at Clemson, I also met my husband through being in Tiger Band together. Though I taught for over 7 years, I also have experience in customer service and the food industry as well so I could stay home while our kids were young. When I was introduced to Challenge Island, I was also managing another educational franchise, but there were so many things that attracted me to this business that made it different than what I had with the other. Kids are not just learning STEAM through our lessons but valuable skills that promote collaboration and teamwork. I absolutely love it when a teacher tells me how surprised they are to see students that normally struggle in a classroom setting thrive with our program. It is in those moments that I am reminded how much Challenge Island is making a difference!
