Hi, We're Niki & Michael!

At Challenge Island Omaha Northwest, co-owners Michael Freed and Nichole (Niki) Mahoney are transforming the way children and adults engage with STEM education. With Niki's passion for empowering others through her experiences in Girl Scouts, Martial Arts, and the quilting community, and Michael’s operational expertise and focus on team-building, they create innovative, hands-on learning experiences that foster creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork. Their programs and camps are designed to make learning fun, impactful, and memorable, equipping students with the skills they need to thrive in the future
