CAMP Cancelation Policy:

• Each week-long camp price includes a $50 nonrefundable registration fee.
• If your child cannot attend the camp you have registered for, you can get a 100% refund, minus the $50 nonrefundable registration fee, if you cancel more than 14 days before the start of camp (Monday, two weeks prior to the start of camp).
• If your child cannot attend the camp you have registered for, you can get a 50% refund, minus the $50 nonrefundable registration fee, if you cancel more than 7 days before the start of camp (Monday, one week prior to the start of camp).
• No refunds will be given for any camps less than 7 days from the start of camp.
• If space is available, your child can transfer into a different camp week for no fee, as long as 3 days notice is given (Wednesday prior to the start of camp).
• As a parent, I understand there are sometimes unexpected circumstances out of our control; I will do my absolute best to work something out with you. Please contact Megan directly ([email protected]) if you have any questions or concerns.
